ADDED NOTE: Didn't know where to put this one but figured dues to graphic language I would put it in the hatemail section.
Just last week went on the CSA site to get seal recipies because, last year I went to NL to vist relatives and brought back some of the meat you just can't get anywhere. My question is this, "Who in the FUCK writes these recipies? I get this gold once every five or ten years and the recipies are like _cups of wine and or some other ingredient? If you want people to use this recipie, then PUT SOME FUCKING AMOUNTS, DOGBREATH. WAS THIS WRITTEN BY SOME OFFICE FUCK THAT HAS NEVER SEEN A PIECE OF RAW MEAT? This is a meal thaat was planned from last year for a Canada day meal. A MOST AWESOME WASTE OF PLATINUM RARE MEAT. THANKS ASSHOLES!!!!! THANK GOD I DIDN'T USE IT ALL. Pleeeeease reply with something, I DARE YOU. If somebody replies with somne scripted shit, it is no wonder you are in the shape you are in. My name is MIKE VAIL and I eat seal.
Hi Mike,

Seeing how you dared me I guess I have to answer. First of all go to the site where you left your comment and check if it is the Canadian Sealers Association (CSA) site or even if it has any affiliation with the CSA. Let me save you the trouble, it doesn’t. While it warms my heart that you enjoy a certain type of food, in this case seal, I couldn’t care less that you happened to ruin some by using a recipe with no measurements. Some would even say you deserved it for using a recipe without measurements.

Here is what I would do, go to Google and simply type “seal recipes”. The first link has a recipe for seal flipper pie. Search through maybe the first few pages of results, scan over all seal flipper pie recipes, identify the similarities and differences and use what you like while dropping what you don’t like. The one thing that I can tell you from what I have been told, for a good seal meat meal no matter what the dish the most important part is in the preparation and you should make sure all blubber is cleaned from the meat. Best of luck!

Cheers,
Mike
